      Azolve has delivered a Purchase Order Invoice processing solution allowing all invoices to be scanned, recognised, validated against original PO which then follows a specifically designed workflow and approval process. This is then automatically passed into their current financial system for PO Matching and payment.

      The solution will also manage the entire student application process through electronic workflow, ensuring all required documentation is present, correct, electronically captured and available online for relevant users to complete the process. The benefits of this centrally managed system will provide greater transparency of all processes as well as drastically reducing paper flow and freeing up filing space.
