      The Helping Hand Company were already scanning supplier invoices, but retrieval was becoming more difficult as the volumes of electronic invoices increased. Azolve provides full text OCR searching on all historical and future scanned invoices. In addition, electronic invoice authorisation is now possible, improving transparency of the end to end process.

Overview

The Helping Hand Company is the worlds' single largest manufacturer of Reaching Aids and Litterpickers. The company has been manufacturing these since 1965. Following a change of ownership in 1988, we have further developed our range of aids for daily living and pressure care products.

Symmetrikit became part of the Helping Hand Company, bringing expertise in design & manufacturing of specialist seating for the most dependent clients. Since then, Symmetrikit have worked to develop the practice of 24 hour Postural management, introducing the Symmetrisleep concept. The Helping Hand Company also produces a range of mobile and overhead hoists.

The company manufactures in both Ledbury (Herefordshire) and Tamworth (Staffordshire) and sell products to 22 different countries.
