Overview

The lifecycle of many documents within an organisation often stats with them being scanned. These can then prove difficult to locate and retrieve when required. Azolve provides a document processing solution which allows paper based documents to be scanned using any TWAIN compliant scanner. These images are then passed through an intelligent OCR engine which converts both images of text and numbers into searchable data. Further analysis can then be done to highlight specific keywords from the image which has been identified for extraction e.g. the Net Value from an invoice image. Once extracted the data and image are securely stored and can be searched for using a powerful web interface which can be used to further process and manage the document.
