Overview
Every business solution requires the capability of being able to provide meaningful information in the form of business
intelligence. Azolve Report categorises this into three distinct areas – output, reporting and dashboard. The combination
of all of these categories provides a comprehensive reporting capability.
In order to ensure clients are able to achieve the best information and analysis from the solution, Azolve support a
number Report Writing tools to analyse and create meaningful reports. Once the reports are created (e.g. using SQL
Server Reporting Services), they are published to Azolve and all the necessary controls and launching capabilities
are provided.
Output
Output provides the ability to output and distribute information contained within a particular record. This could be as
simple as printing a record for a process, or involve more complex automatic distribution of prefilled letters or emails
as part of the workflow.
In its simplest form, being able to print a record is essential. Because of the diversity of our application, which
can manage multiple processes simultaneously, being able to design a print output for a particular process type is
all important.
In addition, correspondence output can be critical with some processes. Being able to design output (e.g. letters,
forms, reports etc.), populating with data held on the record or across processes, being able to distribute these via
print, email or fax and linking this to workflow stages, makes for a very flexible solution.
Reporting
Azolve provides reporting and analysis of the information either within a process, across multiple processes or even
linking information from other systems. Reports can be created using a comprehensive report writer, published with
security rights and made available to the appropriate people.
Business intelligence can be critical for business, and through Azolve’s flexibility, reports, charts and tables can be
produced in report format for the end user, providing accurate and succinct information when needed.
