applications is essential. Azolve provide a complete end to end solution from initial enquiry, into application management
through to student enrolment.
Online Forms v Paper Applications
Whether applications are received via paper or electronically through an online form, Azolve will ensure the applications
are managed consistently. Whilst Azolve allows for the online publishing of electronic forms for course applications, many
organisations typically want to remain with the paper process for the initial adoption. Paper forms can be scanned that
triggers the start of an application.
Scanning
Azolve supports the scanning of all inbound documents. Because any outbound correspondence are automatically marked with
a unique student/application reference (e.g. health form, acceptance slips etc.), when these documents are received and
scanned back in, the system automatically recognises the student it relates to, links to the original record and
progresses the process workflow or checklist accordingly.
Parallel Process Workflow Routing
With a comprehensive workflow capability, Azolve can replicate complex student processes. Knowing that few processes
operate serially, multiple processes can be triggered that may run simultaneously. Checks can be put in place to perform a
checklist to ensure that progress can only continue if appropriate steps are concluded.
