Automated outbound correspondence management
Azolve can manage the triggering of outbound letters, forms and documents. Template documents are prepared and the system
will insert data accordingly to personalise the correspondence. The type of documents and the timings are managed through
the workflow. A complete audit of all correspondence is available.
Some students have a preference for receiving email, which can be supported, thus cutting down on printing and postage.
Reporting & Dashboard
Predefined or tailored reports can be produced which can support the streamlined process. For example, producing a report
of all applications still requiring Proof of ID, or those students who have yet to return a Health Form, all help to ensuring
correct governance is followed.
Tutors may want to check application progress and could look at a Dashboard showing a breakdown of application status for
their particular courses.
