Surveys

Overview

Traditionally survey data is collated manually which is a labour intensive task and relies on the precision of the users performing the collation. Azolve can, through a combination of Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and/or Optical Mark Recognition (OMR), automate the collation of survey data in a fast and efficient manner. The information compiled can be used to produce a workflow if further action is required. The survey results can be integrated to other applications.

Scanning

Azolve can provide scanning software which integrates to any TWAIN compliant paper scanner which enables images to be captured digitally. However, if organisations already have scanning solutions, we can take images of invoices and process these accordingly.

OCR/ICR/OMR

Image files are processed via Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and/or Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) for conversion that enables key characteristics of the form to be identified which, in turn, determines the rules for information extraction.

Extractor

A 'content extractor’, using a generic document template is applied to the characters or marks and a template rule can automatically be constructed to facilitate rapid extraction of pertinent data from survey forms.

Process

Each form is progressed through a defined workflow. Alerts can warn users when forms are assigned to them for action.

Integration

One of the benefits of our solution is the integration touch points with other applications (e.g. CRM). Integration with such systems capitalises on their innate intelligence. This process helps to improve departmental efficiencies.
